DAMON PACKARD: EVIL STRIKES BACK

By Eric Campos | May 17, 2005

Every once in a while, a filmmaker comes along that captures our complete attention. This time around, that filmmaker is Damon Packard. He’s been making films for over twenty years, but it was his nightmarish Reflections of Evil that made us sit up and take notice.

Reflections of Evil is one of the most unique indies we’ve ever seen. It’s unpredictable, inventive, hilarious, disturbing, it’s the kind of film you can’t believe you’re seeing while you’re watching it and once it’s over it’s hard to watch anything else because of the major impact it has left on you…love it or hate it.

Now, Damon has recently finished his Untitled Star Wars Mockumentary and it’ll be one of the funniest things you’ll ever see, love or hate the Star Wars prequels.

It’s been Packard Mania over here at Film Threat HQ, so we had no choice but to talk to Damon Packard about his Untitled Star Wars Mockumentary, as well as the notorious Reflections of Evil. Is this guy the new hope, or just a lunatic with a camera? Grab some liquor candies and find out right here!
