“Through My Thick Glasses,” directed by Pjotr Sapegin, shows a warm story of an old man telling his grandson about his World War II experience. The eyes of the child filter the story twice, once through the grandfather’s childhood and once through the boy hearing the story today. The stylized claymation creates a less serious representation of war’s horrors.
