Producer/writer Tim Chizmar’s Naked as Created: The Pastor Jim Story dives into one of the most unexpected combinations imaginable—faith-based cinema and Christian naturism. Based on the real-life experiences of Pastor Jim Moore, the film explores what happens when a minister takes the Bible’s words about creation and innocence literally.

Pastor Jim Moore (Christopher Michelli) begins as a sincere young minister devoted to his church and scripture. One night, after a business meeting, he and his wife, Kim (Rachael Moore), are approached by a church member who has questions about nudism in the Bible. Confident in his faith—and as both Jim and Kim are recovering nudists—Jim agrees but requests time to prepare a full Bible study so he can “straighten them up” using scripture. During his preparation, he discovers that the Bible’s view of nudity may not align with what he’s always been taught, sparking doubts that will soon reshape his spiritual path.

As Jim studies deeper, he revisits verses about Adam and Eve being “naked and unashamed,” prophets who spoke unclothed, and the nakedness of Christ during his baptism. He begins to see that the Bible’s cautions center on sexual immorality rather than the state of being nude itself.

“He discovers that the Bible’s view of nudity may not align with what he’s always been taught.”

Wrestling with this revelation, Jim turns to his wife for guidance. Encouraged by Kim’s openness, he visits a Christian congregation at a nudist resort. Their acceptance of Jim and Kim and their joy in worship challenge his assumptions and reveal a deeper understanding of modesty, freedom, and divine creation.

Jim’s awakening soon tests his closest relationships. His best friend, Bram Weaver (Pat Jankiewicz), becomes alarmed by Jim’s growing connection to the naturist community and sees it as a betrayal of their friendship that he fears could jeopardize his position at the church. Determined to “save” his friend and expose what he views as sin, Bram reaches out to the local newspaper. He enlists reporter Tiffany (Keight Leighn) to investigate Jim’s new ministry at the nudist resort. As Tiffany arrives to cover the story, she confronts Jim just as he begins openly ministering to the naturist congregation, setting off a wave of public scrutiny that will test his beliefs and the strength of his convictions.

Well… now I’ve seen everything. Naked as Created: The Pastor Jim Story is a faith-based movie that gives a clear presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in hopes that you will find eternal salvation through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ… and everybody is naked (mostly).

  1. David Price says:

Genesis 1:26 (NKJV) states, “Let us make man in our image according to our likeness…”
Genesis 1:27 states, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him, male and female he created them.
Genesis 2:7 states, “… And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of Life and Man became a living being”
Yes Adam and Eve rebelled against God’s command and they ended up being under a curse as it says in Genesis.
But everything changes when Jesus arrives. For those who receive him all things are made new; we are truly a “new creation.” To say that the living nude human form should not be seen by others is itself sinful. We are truly “fearfully and wonderfully made.”
