UNLOCKED

By Daniel Bernardi | July 26, 2005

Offbeat drama involving a single Mother (Victoria Longley) raising a Teenage Boy (Kip Rothbury) who deadlocks his bedroom door constantly (whether at home or at school). This is a sign of a growing distance between Mother and Son but it seems that the Mother’s attempt to try and work her way into his life has gone stale in a house that is divided into two halves where there is no contact between the two.

Interesting premise and a good story about the strain and misunderstanding between parents and children. In this case the bedroom is the Teenager’s haven where he can have total privacy and perform any kind of act he wishes to do without interference. An original idea and well executed.
