Justin Owensby’s “The Vault” feels like a teaser for a feature film. The imagery and unusual narration recalls Lovecraft, and it wouldn’t surprise me if this was sort of a test reel for something of a longer format in that vein. It was sufficiently creepy that I’d be interested to see more.
