The Atlanta Film and Video Festival, which is set to begin on [ June 8th ] and finish up on [ June 16th, 2001 ] , has an impressive list of alumni, to say the least — Steven Spielberg, Tom Tykwer, Spike Lee, and many other industry notables have contributed their film talents to the Festival. This year, pieces of any length and any genre are acceptable until the official entry deadline on [ February 2nd, 2001 ] . The Atlanta Film and Video Festival also places a special emphasis on works originating from the Southeast, though films from all corners of the world are very welcome.
