“TATTOO: A LOVE STORY” INKS L.A.

On July 18th, 2002 at 7:30 PM, the American Cinematheque will host the L.A. Premiere of Richard W. Bean’s “Tattoo: A Love Story” (2002, 93 min., USA), a romantic comedy about the “unlikely romance between a sheltered, uptight 3rd grade teacher and a heavily tattooed biker.”
The feature will be screened with Michael Faella’s “Ant” (2002, 17 min., USA) a surreal story about a decaying relationship between a man and his housebound wife. A quest for sustenance leads him out into the streets of Los Angeles, but his adventures there prove equally as discomforting.
The filmmakers of both films, plus cast and crew will be present for discussion.
The screenings will be held at the Lloyd E. Rigler Theatre, 6712 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. Check out the Egyptian Theatre site for all other show info.
