The 32nd Annual USA Film Festival will take place from April 25th to May 2nd, 2002 in Dallas. The Festival kicks off with an Opening Night schedule featuring the world premiere of the teen-scheme comedy Slap Her, She’s French.
The film features Piper Perabo of Coyote Ugly as a sly French exchange student who moves to a small Texas town and immediately challenges the popularity of the head cheerleader/homecoming queen. Slap Her, She’s French is directed by Melanie Mayron, a former cast member of the weepy adult drama “Thirtysomething.”
