SHYAMALAN HAS AN “AVATAR” AND SO DOES CAMERON…UH-OH

In this installment of “When Cinema Egos Collide,” we take you to Hollywood where M. Night Shyamalan has recently signed on with Paramount to adapt Nickelodeon’s cartoon “Avatar” to the big screen. It’s a trilogy, in fact. That is until Night thinks he’s been dissed, runs away crying and writes another book.

However earlier in the month, Fox announced a huge film also called “Avatar” set to be made by James Cameron. Now the sides are starting to bicker and bitch and a throw down is imminent.
