"REBELS WITH A CAUSE" SHOWS IN N.Y.

The Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) thrived when Vietnam was at its peak and the civil rights and reform movement was in full swing. Now, over 30 years later, One-time SDS insider Helen Garvey’s documentary “Rebels With a Cause” sheds an insider’s light on the SDS experience and screens at New York’s [ The Screening Room ] on [ November 10th, 2000. ]
“Rebels” is a series of interviews with members of the SDS, and it gives an unwavering look at a decade, and the resulting turbulance, that has hardly been forgotten.
