PROFILES IN SCIENCE

By Jim Agnew | October 28, 2002

“Profiles In Science” is a short film about Dr. Albert Chung and his experiments with stop-motion photography. Those experiments lead to the discovery of Chung-Yen Motion. If this sounds as boring as attending a 10th grade science fair, have no fear…it’s not.
“Profiles In Science” is a unique and humorous short film, written and directed by Wes Kim. Kim has a distinct filmmaking voice and has created one of the more interesting short films I’ve seen in a long time.
I’m really looking forward to anything else that Kim does in the future as Kim may have accomplished the impossible here – making a short film about science that’s interesting and fun.
