MORE NO KNOCKIN’ THE ROCKIN’

By Film Threat Staff | June 29, 2004

The Don’t Knock the Rock Film and Music Festival returns to Los Angeles, August 12-15 at the AcrLight. It’s the event where rock ‘n’ roll and film come together to f**k your a*s up like a car crash.
The Don’t Knock the Rock Film and Music Festival is a showcase of classic rock-n-roll films, film premieres, and music performances. The inaugural festival last year opened with the sold-out L.A. premieres of “MC5: A True Testimonial” and Eric Idle’s “Rutles 2: Can’t Buy Me Lunch.” This year’s festival will continue with free performances by local bands daily during the fest in the courtyard of ArcLight Cinemas Hollywood, and the fest will host its second annual Teen Band Contest for musicians under 18.
