“Remember the Titans” helmer Boaz Yakin has been recruited to write and possibly direct “a new take” on “Conan the Barbarian” for Warner Bros. Of the other rumored directors (The Wachowski’s, Robert Rodriguez) this is the least inspiring, but at least there’ll be some internet geek wars over the casting sooner rather than later. Vin Diesel anyone…?
