“Die Hard” director John McTiernan will be spending four months in jail along with paying $100,000 dollars for lying to the FBI about knowing disgraced private eye Anthony Pellicano.

Pellicano was sentenced to jail for 2 1/2 years for the possession of illegal weapons. McTiernan lied to the FBI when he was questioned about having Pellicano follow his wife.

Maybe John McClane and Thomas Crown can get together and figure a way to spring McTiernan out of this one…
