MARK HAMILL RETURNS TO COMIC-CON

By Film Threat Staff | July 10, 2003

Last year, Mark Hamill and a panel of talent, including the voices behind Spongbob Squarepants, Ren & Stimpy and even Winnie the Pooh, pleased an ecstatic crowd at the San Diego Comic-Con with over four hours of stories, impressions, music, and Q & A. Attendees were even given the opportunity to star in Hamill’s directorial debut, Comic Book: The Movie.
This year, Hamill and crew are returning to the Con to sneak preview scenes and outtakes from “Comic Book: The Movie,” which Miramax will be releasing later this year. Joining Hamill will be Donna D’Errico (“Baywatch”), Billy West (“Futurama”, “Ren & Stimpy”), Roger Rose (“Johnny Bravo”), Jess Harnell (“Animaniacs”), Tom Kenny (“Spongebob
Squarepants”), Lori Alan (“Spongebob Squarepants”), Daran Norris (“Fairly Odd Parents”), Gary Owens (“Laugh In,” “Spaceghost”), Jim Cummings (“Winnie the Pooh”), Rob Paulsen (“Pinky and the Brain”), Debbi Derryberry (“Jimmy
Neutron”), and Creative Light CEO Scott Zakarin, producer of “Comic Book: The Movie.”
