By Film Threat Staff | June 28, 2002

On Friday and Saturday, July 12th and 13th, 2002, the Egyptian Theatre and American Cinematheque will screen their Tribute to Director Penelope Spheeris, with Spheeris in-person on both days.
This two-night tribute will feature the unreleased “We Sold Our Souls For Rock N’ Roll” (2001), her cinematic chronicle of Ozzfest, Ozzy Osbourne’s traveling heavy metal circus. Scheduled guests slated to appear in-person (schedule permitting) include musicians Lee Ving (Fear) and Keith Morris (The Circle Jerks).
