Let’s face it, most television is a sea of crap. “Futurama” was a shining light in that sea of garbage, but FOX has decided not to renew the show. It’s cancelled, just as the show was coming into its own. But public outcry can actually have an affect. The original “Star Trek” series was kept alive for one last season with a letter writing campaign to NBC. “Futurama” might get another chance if fans act fact. More than 30,000 signatures have already been collected, so do your part and sign online. Hopefully, that will bring the show back from the dead. And a better time slot might help too!
