"FOREIGN CORRESPONDENTS" NEEDS YOUR VOTE

By Film Threat Staff | February 1, 2001

“Foreign Correspondents” is a story about “ideas becoming words becoming pictures.” It’s a feature film split neatly into two thematically related stories: the first, “Dear Jenny,” deals with mis-routed love letters and the overwhelming effect that they have on a young woman’s life. The second storyline, “Love, Trevor,” follows a young British man who flies out to meet his penpal with the notion that he’s simply cheering her up before she’s sent back to her war-ravaged native country. But other plans are in the works…
The film’s distributor is considering giving “Foreign Correspondents” its own DVD pressing, but it’s up to the film’s supporters to sign up and support the indie. For the whole story, including more on the film and the DVD campaign, visit the gorgeous [ official “Foreign Correspondents” site. ]
