By Film Threat Staff | July 30, 2002

Premiering at the 10th Annual Denver International World Cinema Independent Fall Film Festival, taking place September 4-7, is Davon E. Johnson’s “Colour Blind”, a narrative film about three boys from three different cultures growing up in a rough neighborhood and their responses to their environment.
“I am pleased to this day that the Denver community was supportive of this film. Cast and crew members worked diligently, all beneath their normal pay rate, to complete this film. It really is a labor of love”, says the director.
Johnson produces two film festivals yearly in the Denver area which draw films and filmmakers from all over the world. In February of each year, he produces his Black Film Festival and in September will be the 10th year of his Denver International World Cinema Independent Fall Film Festival.
