BEATLES CONQUER AMERICA…AGAIN

By Film Threat Staff | November 28, 2000

What began as the obvious music-to-film step for the most famous band in the world several decades ago has become one of the most celebrated and well-done music movies of our time — “A Hard Day’s Night” has even found it’s way into the curriculum of most of the country’s major film programs. But academic stuff aside, Richard Lester’s directorial masterpiece is an energized romp that shows the Fab Four at their laddish best.
“A Hard Day’s Night” will begin a limited New York and Los Angeles run starting on [ December 1st ] . If you haven’t seen the film yet, make it your duty to catch it, and if you’re already a fan, then you know that this is one movie worth seeing again and again.
