From [ January 25th ] until [ January 27th, 2001 ] , the first-ever X-Dance Action Sports Film Festival will dig its heels into the jam-packed festival scene in Park City. The event is the brainchild of actor Brian Wimmer (“China Beach”) and it aims “to build a platform that will take action sports films to the next level, that of Hollywood recognition and mass-market appeal.”
The awards night party for X-Dance on [ January 27th ] will be one of the most coveted tickets for this season — Paul Oakenfold, undoubtedly one of the most respected DJs in the industry, and P.O.D. will take over Harry O’s, the crown jewel of the fest scene, for an evening of music and mirth and live telecasting to the globe.
