The critically-acclaimed documentary “Winnebago Man” will be getting its DVD release on November 2nd, 2010. The DVD boasts few extras, however the DVD will include, for the first time anywhere, the final 1988 Winnebago Sales Video, the shooting of which being where Jack Rebney’s infamous, profanity-laden outtakes were born. Ben Steinbauer’s “Winnebago Man” is a documentary about how the above outtakes came to be, and a study of the man that was torn down, and then later built up, because of them.
