By Film Threat Staff | October 7, 2000

This [ Sunday, October 8th, ] as a part of the L.A. Shorts Film Festival 2000, Jessica Landaw’s controversial and very funny “Ugly Naked People” will bare it all on the big screen. The film recently broke viewer records on both iFILM and iFILM Pro before the American Film Institute (The good ol’ AFI) forced its removal. Scandalous. You can see what the hullabaloo is all about for yourself at [ 1:00 PM at the L.A. Film School Theatre, ] which is located at [ 6363 Sunset Boulevard ] in Hollywood.

So, what’s the naked truth about “Ugly Naked People”? The story centers on Stephanie, a young and well-meaning librarian who worries that the isn’t quite as hot as the typical Los Angeles model/actress/whatever…but isn’t everyone beautiful in their own way? “Ugly Naked People” has taken home a heap of awards from festivals like Worldfest Houston and the Santa Monica Film Festival.

For a copy of the film you can either call Random Productions at [phone number removed – Ed.] or e-mail [address removed – Ed.].

Thank you for sharing this valuable info together.
As a practicing author, I can say I was hoping to
incorporate a few facts and sparking ideas within my writing training intuitively.

I think it is imperative to spice your writing in the event that
you want to catch the viewers’ attention. But you did good, thanks
