Saying “I love you” is never easy, especially when the person on the receiving end doesn’t reciprocate. This is the dilemma facing our hero in “Three Little Words,” who reacted…poorly to his girlfriend making her feelings known for the first time. He retreats to the bar with his friends, who offer a number of alternate takes on how the moment could have transpired. Clocking in at just under ten minutes, this short from Patrick Kirk hits all the right notes and will garner knowing nods from anyone who’s been in a similar predicament.
