While the trailer won’t debut officially until noon on February 28th, there’s a short interview with Tim Burton. In this quick interview, Burton describes the movie as “not a sequel, not a remake, but a re-imagining of the original.” He admits being a fan of the 1968 original with Charlton Heston and shares many fan’s obsession with the dark, intelligent sci-fi classic. Burton then goes on to describe the world “turned upside down” that the new characters will encounter. During the interview we are shown some of the behind-the-scenes.
