Film and video submissions are now being accepted for the Tower of Youth’s “Youth Film Festival”, taking place in the Carmichael area. The deadline for entries is August 9th.
Entries are to be sent in on VHS, clearly identified, with an filmmaker’s bio, film production statement and a $10 fee for each entry. Send entries to:

The Tower of Youth is a strategic project of the World Interdependence Fund to establish a Sacramento Valley, Sierra foothill regional, all teen age youth membership organization and media corporation; building new careers through creative non profit and commercial projects in Telecommunications, entertainment, arts and media.
