Emmy-winning writer Alex P. Michaels has crafted a truly independent film, while helming the project as writer/director, with the release of Prelude2Cinema’s “The Hot Rain”. The story is a black-and-white tale of love that doesn’t include opening up…unless you can be someone else. “The Hot Rain” is also loosely inspired by “Vertgio,” so you can expect pleanty of twists and turns along the way, and is also accompanied by a solid and haunting rhythm and blues/jazz soundtrack.
