THE 11TH ANNUAL FLORIDA FILM FESTIVAL

By Film Threat Staff | April 30, 2002

From June 7th through June 16th, 2002, the Florida Film Festival (FFF) will screen features, shorts and much more for an audience of over 20,000 filmgoers and industry folk. The Festival also places a unique focus on the mind behind the lens:
The Florida Film Festival not only prides itself in bringing the finest in independent film to Central Florida, but also the filmmakers who make it all possible. The festival provides round-trip transportation for all narrative and documentary competition feature directors. In addition, every filmmaker whose work has been accepted receives a minimum of two hotel nights. Just our way of demonstrating the Festival’s renowned Southern hospitality and saying “Thanks” for all you do…in person!
The Florida Film Festival also boasts the distinction of being one of Chris Gore of Film Threat‘s Top Ten Film Festivals, as listed in his book The Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide.
Any and all information related to the FFF, including submission guidelines and a peek at highlights from 2001, can be found at the official Festival site.
