“Mark of the Astro Zombies”, B-movie legend Ted V. Mikel’s sequel to his 1969 sci-fi/horror film “The Astro Zombies”, will screen on July 31st at the Woods Hole Film Festival on Cape Cod.
In “Mark of the Astro Zombies”, the Astro Zombies are back and they’re pissed! Made up from kidnapped humans with chips inserted into their brains and synthetic organs in their bodies, this new batch of Astro Zombies are sent back to Earth to go on a kill crazy rampage.
“Mark of the Astro Zombies” marks the return of Tura Satana (Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, “The Astro Zombies”) who last appeared in T.V. Mikel’s 1973 film “The Doll Squad”.
