SUBMIT TO THE LOS ANGELES INDEPENDENT FILM FEST

The Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, which will take place in April of 2001, is now accepting entries for their 7th annual event. From [ October 2nd, 2000 ] through [ January 6th, 2001, ] the Festival will be accepting entries in feature narrative, short film, feature documentary and music video genres.
Aside from the regular festival fare, the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival will also host special screenings and events including premiere galas for brand spankin’ new films, honorary retrospective screenings, the annual Indie Supporter Award, and the Festival’s very own New Media forum, with additional events to be announced soon.
A few submission guidelines to get prospective entrants started: all films must have been completed since January 1, 1999 with one of the film’s principle contributors, be they director, writer, or producer, hailing from North America. For complete submission and eligibility requirements, you can opt to call the 24 hour submission line at [ (323) 951-7090 ] to request a submission form. Or, better yet, get all you need to know from [ the Los Angeles Independent Film Fest website. ] It may seem like you’ve got loads of time to submit, but in the Festival’s soon-to-be very busy eyes, the earlier the better.
