STOCKHOLM SYNDROME

By James Teitelbaum | March 25, 2009

…and then we get to the scene where the villain tells the man who has been kidnapped that they are going to sell the man’s unborn child on the black market for big bucks. The very next scene shows us (in great detail) an evil doctor performing a late-term abortion on the man’s very pregnant wife. Doc purposely kills the baby that was supposed to bring in so much profit, and which was the reason for kidnapping the couple in the first place.

This pair of scenes is either an indicator that we have now experienced either the least competent villains in cinema history, or the least competent screenwriters. Based on the rest of this movie, I am leaning towards the latter.

Need I say any more?
