STAR WARS TV

By Rory L. Aronsky | April 4, 2005

In checking out what’s on TV in the world of Star Wars, there’s not much to choose from. A half-hearted Apprentice parody and an even worse attempt to parody the coked-up rodents of the way-back-four-months-ago Quizno’s ad campaign is all that sits heavily on the channel. Being surrounded by Ewoks and dealing with enough problems that come with the Empire being a major dick, you’d think those involved in the mess and mayhem would choose something different. Something, anything, to get concerned minds off the matter of the fact that there’s total destruction all around. Come to think of it, how did Vader relax on those long work days? This whole to-do with TV programming smells like a dead Tauntaun.
