SNAP!

By Daniel Bernardi | July 1, 2004

I don’t know what constitutes a short film these days, especially after watching something like this pointless nonsense. Two females play a game of Snap! But wait for this huge surprise of the year, each time they put down a card and the nude figures come alive in animation. That is it!

I am not biased against the film because it is only one minute long. I believe one can tell a good story in one minute but this is junk. Good visuals which earns this film its one star but what is the point. If the co-director doesn’t take herself seriously by calling herself Arlene Textaqueen then how am I supposed to take this film seriously? I am eagerly awaiting a possible sequel to this film …Fish. As in “Go Fish” and while there think about what you’ve done.
