SLAMDANCE HOSTS A SNACKDOWN

By Film Threat Staff | September 11, 2000

Slamdance has announced that, along with its delectable “On The Road” pit stop in New York, a “Film Festival Snackdown” will be hosted with Film-Fest DVD on Sunday, September 17th at 11AM. The “Snackdown” will be a brunch and panel that’s FREE for filmmakers. The guests slated to attend are members of Slamdance, South-by-Southwest, New York Underground, Taos Talking Pictures, Microcinefest, the Lost Film Festival, Maryland Film Festival, Cucalorus, AFI’s new documentary film festival, and other film groups.
Though the “Snackdown” runs at the same time that the Independent Feature Film Market does, the Slamdance-sponsored event is, again, FREE and open to the public. For details, see the ever-changing [ Slamdance website. ]
