Scrabble as a contact sport? “Scrabble” proves that in any relationship it can be the little things that kill.

In “Scrabble,” an innocent game of Saturday night board games between a dysfunctional young couple (played excellently by Katie Aselton & Mark Duplass) turns ugly. One thing leads to another and before you know it they proceed to open up an emotional can of worms that leaves both of them bruised and battered physically and mentally.
