[ Daily Variety ] has just released news that everybody’s favorite pint-sized girlie crime fighting team, the Powerpuff Girls, will be let loose in theaters in time for a summer of 2002 feature film adventure.
E.G. Daily, Tara Strong, and Catherine Cavadini have all signed on to lend their sweet voices to the likes of Buttercup, Bubbles and Blossom. Warner Brothers is in charge of the film, so expect to see even more Powerpuff Girl merch in their ubiquitous retail stores very, very soon.
