Peter Bogdanovich won’t back down from the great wide open film he’s doing on Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Bogdanovich admits he’s been free falling into the project, but continues to be running down a dream. The film is set to coincide with the 30 Year anniversary of the band as well as their latest album for Warner Brothers. Jeez, even the losers get movies made! But the waiting is the hardest part as the trifecta is still learning to fly and won’t be out until this summer. But you don’t have to feel like a refugee because you got lucky there’s even a film to accompany the album. So go find the last DJ and grab Mary Jane for one last dance. Damn the torpedoes and…
