"OMC" NOMINATED FOR GOLDEN FLEECE

By Film Threat Staff | January 11, 2001

“Hollow Man” and “What Planet Are You From?” have the luxury of big studios to back their endeavors, which is not the case for “OMC: Operation Midnight Climax”. The indie, a creation of Hoverground Studios, will be vying along with the aforementioned films for the coveted Golden Fleece Award at this year’s Golden Trailer ceremony.
The Golden Fleece, for those not in-the-know, is a special prize that goes to a film that “looks too good to be true.” It should be noted, however, that unlike the other films in the category, “OMC” is the only one which has not yet been screened, released, or reviewed.
