The Nodance Film and Multimedia Festival, which holds the distinction of being the world’s first DVD-projected film festival, has just announced its call for submissions for its sixth annual event to be held in Park City, Utah from January 18th – 24th 2002 on Main Street.
Early entry submissions for features, shorts and music videos must be postmarked by November 22nd with final entry submissions due by December 15th.
“Heading into our sixth year, Nodance is very excited to once again bring first-time filmmakers and the digital underground to Park City,” says festival director James Boyd. “With limited budgets preventing many young filmmakers from participating in the Park City Market, Nodance is more than willing to hold open the door for new talent. With new digital technologies paving the way, Nodance hopes to continue to bring more unique visions to the screen.”
Nodance screenings are free to the public.
