On February 8th in Durham, North Carolina, the 2nd annual Ms. Films Festival will take place, offering workshops on Super 8, animation, sound design, film scoring and a schedule of short films produced by female filmmakers.
If you want to be a part of the schedule, then you still have a little time to submit. The festival seeks short films made by independent women & femme fatales, film girls & cowgirls, video vixens & tech chicks.
Personally, we’d like to see what cowgirls would have to contribute, so if there are any of you out there reading this, give the Ms. Films Festival all you’ve got. Entry deadline is January 10th.
