The 29th Annual Atlanta Film Festival announced the winners of this year’s feature narrative, documentary and short film awards. The nine-day film festival included over 150 films and videos from around the world, including works produced locally by Georgia filmmakers. Festival attendance matches that of last year.
Perfect Pitch offered local independents invaluable insight from industry professionals and for the winner of the Perfect Pitch competition, a trip to Los Angeles and an opportunity to meet with industry executives this December, courtesy of the Georgia Film, Video & Music Office. The winner of the Southeastern Media Award was awarded a package consisting of generous in-kind donations by local businesses including: Feature Systems, Inc, PC&E – Production Consultants and Equipment, LAB 601, Inc, Magick Lantern, Artisan Pictureworks, Crawford Communications, CineFilm, Digital Arts/Entertainment Lab, Georgia State
