Director Michael Mann’s under-appreciated classic “Heat” is about to become a video game featuring original cast members Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro’s voices. The announcement of the one or multi-player first person shooter game (see “Nerd Lingo Weekly” for a definition if you’re lost) is expected to be made today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo and is being targeted for release in late 2007. The game is going to be either a prequel or a sequel to the film and there’s no word on if Val Kilmer will be asked to voice his character. He’s pretty busy these days.
