A crew of hardcore Tolkien fans have headed to England to shoot “Ringers: Lord of the Fans,” a documentary focusing on the “Lord of the Rings” phenomenon, featuring
interviews with famous authors like Terry Pratchett and
footage of Tolkien’s old stomping grounds in Birmingham.
Also to be interviewed are the leadership of The Tolkien Society, plenty of fans and some Tolkein scholars. The wild side of Tolkien’s world will finally be revealed.
