HIP HOP FILM FEST ROLLS OUT

The Hip Hop Film Fest will take over the Red Vic Moviehouse in San Francisco, March 13-15.
Featured at the event will be the work-in-progress “Soundz of Spirit,” exploring the spiritual aspects of the creative process in Hip Hop .The film features Michael Franti, Blackalicious, KRS One and many others.
Also screening will be Joey Garfield’s documentary “”Breath Control: The History Of The Human Beatbox.” His film explores the in depth history of beatboxing with Dougie Fresh, The Fat Boys, Biz Markie and Stetasonic, plus gives a look at artists bringing us into the new millennium like The Roots.
