HAD TO BE MADE TRAVELS IN CLASS

By Film Threat Staff | September 19, 2003

The Had To Be Made Film Festival (HTBMFF), the first nationwide film fest, is hitting the road to kick-off its 2003 Winter Film Program. Festival director Mike Kyle is driving cross country in a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, delivering the DVD film program to various festival locations at independent video retailers throughout the United States. The trip is also orchestrated to inform local filmmakers about the VSDA/HTBM Filmmaker Program. Kyle previously hit the road in February with award-winning filmmaker Mark Reeb to inaugurate HTBMFF.
The road trip starts in Los Angeles and ends in New York, just in time for Had To Be Made Film¹s first theatrical release for 7 Year ZigZag, which opens Wednesday, September 24, at the Quad Cinema.
