GET NAKED IN NOVEMBER

By Film Threat Staff | January 9, 2003

Washington Commission for the Humanities (WCH) announces its second annual NAKED EYE DOCUMENTARY FESTIVAL, November 14-16, 2003 at the Seattle Art Museum.
WCH once again seeks new, compelling and original non-fiction films and videos from across North America to screen at the three-day festival. Eligible films will be completed between 2001-2003. Ineligible subjects are news reports, extended reportage, magazine-formatted programs, information programs, and documentaries about nature, outdoor life and extreme sports.
Yeah, those nature docs really chap our a***s, too.
Send your submission in on VHS. If you’re not an extreme sports enthusiast, or a nature nut, and your film is accepted, exhibition formats are 35mm, 16mm, Beta SP and Digital Beta. The entry fee is $20 for shorts (1-44 minutes) and $25 for features (45-infinity). Deadline is June 2, 2003, so get those films in.
To apply, visit the WCH website.
