“FIRECRACKER” TO PREMIERE AT RAINDANCE

By Film Threat Staff | September 20, 2004

Steve Balderson’s “Firecracker” will have its World Premiere at the Raindance Film Festival in London, England, on Sunday, October 3, at 6:00 p.m.
Steve had this to say – “We entertained invitations from a variety of well-known festivals, but I chose Raindance because it’s my favorite festival. Raindance is dedicated to fostering and promoting independent film around the world. It celebrates the full spectrum of the art, craft and business of true independent film. Too many times film festivals and film societies, like Sundance, seem to cater to their own membership and the filmmakers who meet their expectations. I’m proud that we will be unveiling our film at Raindance, and proud to be associated with this group.”
“Firecracker” stars Mike Patton and Karen Black.
