Out of over 800 submissions, PEDESTRIAN was one of the 12 films chosen for the Dances with Films Festival. Dances with Films is a week long event at the Laemmle’s Sunset Five that is dedicated to presenting the best of independent films. In the past, nearly 50% of the films shown at Dances with Films have netted distribution deals. This marks the World Premiere of PEDESTRIAN, a comic feature film about an underachieving writer who sets out to write his masterpiece, but is confounded when one of its characters steps into his real life and begins to corrupt him.
“This is a great opportunity to present PEDESTRIAN to the film community and general public in one of LA’s best venues,” says writer/director Jason Kartalian.
PEDESTRIAN will screen Sunday, June 25 at 9:30pm & Thursday, June 29 at 12:30pm at the Laemmle’s Sunset Five, 8000 Sunset Blvd.
