The nominations for the 4th Annual HIGH TIMES Stony Awards were announced. The Stonys honor the achievements of filmmakers and actors who celebrate the counterculture through their work. The awards, of course, also salute cannabis-friendly films and TV shows, including unreleased, controversial, or little-known gems that often go unnoticed by other awards shows.
