Got a screenplay that’s 12 pages or less? If so, check out the Duke City Shootout for the chance to see your idea come to life in a 7 day guerilla style shoot. Those who win the initial script contest will be flown to New Mexico and will then, according to founder Chris Coppola, be “given a full production crew, equipment, and a professional mentor to bring their stories to life through digital, high-definition production.” At the end of the week a competition for the Palm de Grease award where the winner is given the ultimate award of directing a feature length film through Coppola’s PAH-Flicks film program. Sounds like a blast!
